I spent 15 years living and working in East Africa as the leader in an international development charity, eventually becoming CEO. We ran multiple programmes including a social enterprise, full service private dental practice, so I'm familiar with your pressures.

Most practices I have worked with fail to communicate the ‘Why’ behind their work. They know What do, in some cases How to do it, but not the foundation - the purpose or reason 'Why?'


Knowing 'What to do' does not drive behaviour. When we fail to communicate our purpose, we make team engagement and support more difficult.


In this module, we'll tackle 5 fundamental questions that you and your team need to have answers to. Building these messages into your leadership will give you a more inspired, engaged and successful team and much more.

A very common problem leaders experience is the gap between how we want people to behave, and what those people actually do.


Without clarifying and communicating expectations, people will do what they like, they will make up their own standards. So the question is not ‘do you have a culture?’ but ‘are you in charge of it?’...


In this module, we will study the four fundamental principles for successfully establishing a positive culture, and build a framework to ensure 'what you want' is implemented and reinforced every day.
